Twenty Three Days

Its two days into week four and today was a weird sort of day where I thought about throwing in the towel. Why? I am not even sure that I can tell you to be honest. I just kinda felt over it today. I was talking to a friend who said to me "Remember if we quit this time next year we will still be crying over being fat and feeling shit. So the way I see it is we can either be suffering trying to get to our goal by improving ourselves or feel shit doing nothing and only have ourselves to blame."

Man I needed to hear that today for real. It was a bit of a kick up the butt but honestly it is so damn true. Seriously, giving up right now is not an option. Because for a moment or two of satisfaction its going to add weeks, maybe even months onto this journey.
So I thought, I would just do a little post, with my tracker from last week to remind myself that I eat delicious, wholesome and nutritious food. That I feel awesome when I work out and that giving up is not an option.

  1. I'm gonna have to grab that pumpkin, feta and spinach frittata recipe from you! Everything you are eating is looking amazing. When I come over feed me all of this?

Ps, you are doing an amazing job! I love you and so proud! #tilliekicksass

  2. Dude. Your space here is always a visual pleasure; thank you. You keep my designer mind so so so happy.. hehe. You are killing this. I know I don't comment much but I always pop in and seriously, you inspire me.

  3. It can be tough some days huh? This idea sounds kind of cheesy, but it can be really great to write down what I like to call an "Advantages Card" - all the reasons you are doing what you are doing and the changes you've noticed so far. When you're having bad days, pulling this out of your bag/drawer/wallet can be that little boost to remind yourself that yes it's worth it x x
